To qualify for financial assistance bring the following: a photo ID (drivers license, passport, florida ID), proof that you live in Miami-Dade County (rent reciept, light, water or other utility bill), proof of income and family size (Last four consecutive paystubs, most recent income tax, bank statements)

Obstetrics: Free Pregnancy Testing, Complete Prenatal Care, Prenatal Labs, Ultrasound and Other Diagnostic Testing as Needed, Genetic Counseling, Post-Partum Care, Healthy Start Services, New Patient, Follow-up and Walk-in Access to Care, Caring Physicians, Nurses and Other Healthcare Professionals, Family-Oriented Setting. Primary care and support services: Pediatrics, Immunizations, school/work physicals, Adult Medicine, Laboratory, Pharmacy Services, Radiology. Special Services: Mammograms, Nutritional Counseling, Pharmacy Re-Fill Phone Line, HIV/AIDs Testing and Care, WIC Referrals, Helath Education, Educational Programs on a Full Range of Topics
