Bring a valid ID and proof of insurance if applicable. For urgent care services completing the electronic forms found on the website is not required. As well, it is not required to bring a physician’s prescription. However, to get diagnostic imaging you must bring your prescription for imaging.
Urgent care can treat issues such as common colds, flus, fever earache, sore throats, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea, simple bone fractures, strains and sprains, cuts and simple wounds, non-severe asthma attacks, painful or burning urination, rashes and minor allergic reactions. Diagnostic Imaging can perform MRI, CT Scan, 3-D Mammography, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasounds, Bone Density (DEXA Scan),and Electrocardiograms.
